Returns & EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

You are only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
The original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.
If an item has been supplied incorrectly or is faulty, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been verified.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for returned items subject to stock availability.

Warranty & Manufacturing Defects
Cleto Reyes products are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
• Damage caused during training, sparring, competition, or general use
• Products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorised representative
Any warranty claim must be supported by proof of purchase.
We may request photographs of the issue, including the production number stamped on the product, before authorising a return inspection.
Products may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning products, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional courier charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
European Union Orders
All orders placed through Cleto Reyes EU are shipped from within the European Union.
EU customers will not incur additional import duties, customs charges, or unexpected fees upon delivery.
United Kingdom Orders
Cleto Reyes EU is a dedicated European Union store and does not ship to the United Kingdom.
Any orders placed with a UK delivery address may be cancelled and refunded prior to dispatch.
