Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries within the European Union and selected European territories.

United Kingdom Orders

Cleto Reyes EU is a dedicated European store created specifically for customers within the European Union.

We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom through this website.

UK customers should place their orders through our UK store:

Any orders placed on the EU website for delivery to a UK address may be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Ireland: 2–5 business days
• France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg: 2–6 business days
• Spain, Italy, Portugal & Austria: 3–7 business days
• Other European destinations: 3–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and at checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

Orders placed through Cleto Reyes EU are shipped from within the European Union.

This means customers within eligible EU countries will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate before completing their purchase.

Cleto Reyes EU cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
